Dwarf follows the story of a 40 year old man who has conquered the world but isn't happy and has lost his way. After getting hit by a truck he is greeted by an angel who tells him that he has not earned passage to the gate of heaven and therefore he is sentenced to suffer for all eternity in the underworld. The man is given a second chance and sent into a second world where chaos thrives with the last words of an angel "Bring order onto this world and we shall accept you". There is just one problem. He is a brought back as a baby with no Powers! in a world where all the people have powers. Can he conquer the world a second time?
